DAYLubeDayLube high-performance grease from Dayton Progress uses nano-ceramic particles which act as sub-microscopic ball bearings to provide continuous lubrication to steel surfaces. DAYLube:

  • Is especially suited for metalworking applications.
  • Features a lower coefficient of friction at all temperatures than traditional PTFE greases.
  • Is chemically inert and environmentally friendly.
  • Maintains its viscosity across full temperature range and is NSF-H1 Food Grade Certified.
  • Features extraordinary adhesion that extends production up to 10-times that of other greases.
  • Does not soften or run out — after 100,000 production strokes it shows no evidence of breaking down.
  • Operates in temperature ranges from -40° F to 800° F — and the nano-ceramic particles remain intact to 2500° F.
  • Survived the ASTME 4-ball weld test with no weld and minimal damage to all ball bearings.
  • Is available in 16-ounce tubes and 16-ounce jars, as well as cases of 12 each (jars or tubes).
  • Has high load-bearing properties, a low dielectric constant, does not contain metal or silicone, and is resistant to steam, acids and most chemical products.
  • Is ideal for a wide range of industrial and metalworking applications, including lubricating production machinery such as manual and CNC lathes and machine tools, conveyors, bearings, bushings, cables, cams, chains, gears, lifters, robotic arms and manipulators, slides, wear plates and more.
  • Is suitable for industries such as material handling, distribution centers, aerospace, agricultural, automotive, can makers, consumer goods, food and beverage processing, general manufacturing, marine, medical/scientific, military/national defense, pharmaceutical, stamping and fabricating, truck and bus and more.
