EU nuclear reactors need 10-25 billion euros safety spend

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Europe's nuclear reactors need investment of 10-25 billion euros, a draft European Commission report said, following a safety review designed to ensure a disaster like Japan's Fukushima cannot happen.
The Commission is expected to finalize the stress test report by Thursday and then it will be debated by EU ministers later this month.
