KMG Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
Houston, TX - August 29, 2012 -- KMG Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals in carefully focused markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2012. As of July 31, 2012, there were approximately 11.5 million KMG common shares outstanding.
