“The Science of Success: How Market-Based Management Built the World’s Largest Private Company” is a new business book by Charles G. Koch, chairman and CEO of Koch Industries Inc. It describes the philosophy that brought about the company’s 2,100-fold growth since 1961 and turned it into a company with $90 billion in revenues in 2006 and a presence in nearly 60 countries with about 80,000 employees.
