The Super-D-Canter is a specially developed solid-bowl decanting centrifuge for effective continuous separation of liquids and solids from incoming feed slurry. In comparison to conventional separation equipment and methods, the unit has minimum power consumption with only one motor, delivering savings in energy, space, manpower, and maintenance costs. High abrasion points are fitted with replaceable parts, and an advanced polymer injection system reduces polymer consumption. Typical applications include separation of industrial effluents, waste sludge dewatering, and coal tailing. Typical industries served are power, petrochemical, and wastewater.
