The DynoLAB LT is a low-cost, complete turn-key system for electric motor testing. It offers the test control and data acquisition capabilities required for basic electric motor testing as well as all the benefits of an AC motoring dynamometer but is priced up to 35 percent less than other systems. It's designed to work with the Accudyne line of AC motoring dynamometers, which offer four-quadrant operation with seamless transition between loading and motoring modes. It features a fixed I/O configuration optimized for basic electric motor testing and has provisions for measuring speed, torque, and optional voltage and current supply to the motor under test. From this data, the system can calculate values such as input and output power and efficiency. The system's software, a true subset of the DynoLAB EM, offers the basic functionality required for most performance, durability, and quality control testing.
