Fluid Extraction System

The SFT-100 fluid extraction system was developed to investigate the feasibility of applying supercritical fluid techniques to various analyses, processing challenges, and QC/QA applications. The system is a fully functional instrument designed to perform extractions in a supercritical fluid media. Reliable, dual sapphire syringe pump technology rapidly and accurately pressurizes the unit's stainless steel vessel which is capable of containing supercritical fluids at pressures up to 10,000 psi. The system accommodates pressure vessels of up to 100 mL capacity.
