MultiPort Rotary Union® is designed for applications requiring high pressures and more than one media. Rotary union or rotating joint is designed to provide a rotating seal between fluids and a revolving roll or drum. Commonly conducted media are water, hot oil, steam, chemicals and air. Series HPMC union is available with up to eight ports as standard models. Special configurations are available upon request. Each port is individually sealed, eliminating “crosstalk” between channels. As the end-user clamps the slotted rotating disk into a fixture, the body of the union remains in place regardless of rotation. Standard construction is steel with nickel plating. Union can accommodate two- to eight-port configurations with operating ranges up to 250°F, 5880 PSI and 180 RPM. Port sizes range from 1/8” to 1-1/4”.
