5000ASM Series Rotary Union® or rotating joint is designed to provide a rotating seal between fluids and a revolving roll or drum. ASM seal is a tungsten carbide face ring against a siliconized graphite seal ring offering protection against grooving in applications where other materials fail. Other features are a stainless steel wetted construction and hardware for excellent corrosion resistance. Fluorocarbon O-rings and two precision bearings keep the 5000 series seal faces perfectly aligned. All sizes can be adapted to dual flow applications with the addition of a stainless steel elbow. Operating parameters range up to 395°, 750 PSI and 3600 RPM for various models. Sizes range from ¼” to 2”.
