Process Equipment Components

These process equipment components are custom machined from various types of plastic or aluminum to achieve specific performance requirements in machinery and conveyors. Featuring star wheels, scrapers, sprockets, spacers, brackets, bearings, cams, chain guides, and tracks, they are designed to be subjected to continuous operation and frequent washdowns. Specializing in FDA/USDA-compliant wear parts, the company is capable of machining process equipment components with ۪.0005 in. tolerances and surface finishes to 16 RMS, depending upon material. Typical materials include oil-filled nylon for handling high speeds and loads, MD-nylon that features a dry lubricant, acetal, glass-filled PTFE, UHMW, UHMW-HT, and aluminum. Components are priced according to material, configuration, and quantity. Price quotations can be provided from prints or customer-supplied samples.
