Silicone Tubing for Peristaltic Pumps

APSPG silicone tubing for peristaltic pumps is made to withstand repeated compression and release for dependable performance. It has smooth surfaces for uniform fluid flow, resistance to bacteria build-up, and consistent pump performance, and it is translucent for visual contact with the flow. It is made from low-volatile-grade platinum-cured silicone that meets USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards and will not impart any taste or odor. It handles temperatures as high as 400°F (204.4°C) and is sterilizable/autoclavable. Suggested applications include pharmaceutical, biomedical, biotech, chemical, laboratory, and R&D. Tubing is stocked in 10 sizes for immediate delivery and sealed in polybags at manufacture, and all finished product is “white room” stored to maintain cleanliness. All APSPG tubing is documented lot traceable with identification on the bags. Both 0.031 and 0.063 in. I.D. sizes are manufactured in 25-foot lengths. Larger sizes, up to 1/2 in. I.D., are stocked in 50-foot lengths. Custom sizes, lengths, and packaging are available.
