Dust accumulation, especially at each bags’ discharge, creates restricted airflow and causes pressure in the baghouse to drop. These symptoms reduce dust collection efficiency, which in turn slows production and allows more dust to escape into the surroundings. Pneumatic piston vibrators can reliably and effectively eliminate any amount of current baghouse dust build up and prevent build up from occurring in the future even if it is exasperated when moisture from fragment or water-cooled duct work accumulates in the bags.
