Vibrating Level switch

for powders & granulars

SF50 vibrating level switch is designed for the accurate level measurement of low-density pellets, powders and granular solids. It automatically self-calibrates to detect products ranging from lime, flour or plastic pellets and automatically adjusts to plant voltage supplies. Switch utilizes a simple vibrating fork that detects the absence or presence of dry bulk solids at the installed level in bins, silos or hoppers. Automatic self-calibrating features also detect high-density materials up to 80 pcf. Standard 1.5" MNPT process connection provides ease of installation. Fork material is 316 stainless steel. Temperature range is -13 to 302°F.
