Radar Transmitters

easy to operate

MT2000 radar transmitters offer the traditional advantages of radar level measurement, such as measuring both liquids and solids, with no moving parts. Transmitters employ a metallic probe to effectively act as a wave-guide to direct the microwave pulses, eliminating beam divergence common to conventional non-contact radar transmitters. Setting up these transmitters is easily accomplished via onboard push buttons. No laptop computer or special software is required. Probes can be cut to size from 2-100 feet in the field and can operate even when bent in many applications. Output is via 4-20 mA, HART or Honeywell DE. Results are locally indicated with a built-in LCD that offers measurements in field-selectable feet, inches, millimeters, centimeters, meters or even percent.
