Tangential Spray Fluid Bed System

The BFS fluid bed system employs a tangential design and new filter system to dry, coat, and granulate a wide variety of materials. The unit's angled spray and circular air flow provides maximum coating uniformity and process flexibility. Operators are provided critical control of all process parameters. Capacities range from 5 to 480 kg, and a filter system prevents clogging. An optional online moisture measuring system with NIR technology allows determination of the current moisture content during the granulation and drying process. Other options include WIP or CIP cleaning.
