Mixer/dryer has been specifically engineered to meet the strict requirements of chemical and food processing. Unit's applications range from mixing and drying, de-aeration, crystallization, homogenization, vacuum conditions, pressure conditions, heating and cooling, addition of injection of liquids and granulation/agglomeration. Design features include belt driven orbit arm to eliminate product contamination, cartridge drive system for quick and easy maintenance and inspection, heated internal cone for faster drying and a heated mixing screw to handle sticky materials. Other advantages include high mixing accuracy, low energy consumption and three dimensional mixing zone. Sizes range from 10-60,000 litters.
