Robotic palletizers, in combination with traditional row-forming technology, can stack cases at rates exceeding 60 per minute. With this system, the row-forming infeed conveyor pre-groups the cases into complete rows. Palletizer's end effector can then pick up the row of cases an place them on the pallet in one motion, saving time over picking and lacing individual cases. Pattern forming is easily programmed using robot's built-in software. Technology provides a flexible means to palletize bags, bundles, cases, pails and more.
