Tank mounted air system is offered in one completely piped package which saves valuable floor space. The 2-stage reciprocating air compressor is of cast iron construction, a key element in building rugged systems for high efficiency and ease of service. Models are available from 1-1/2 to 30 HP with tank capacities of 80-240 gallons. Through use of a belt guard mounted air cooled after cooler, compressed air temperature is reduced to within 15°F of ambient to pre-condition the air for inlet to the dryer. The specially designed refrigerated air dryer chills air to 35°F to condense water vapor for removal by water separator.
