Vacupress densifiers are designed to densify powders, agglomerates and flakes, reducing storage space requirements, improving packaging consistency and shipping costs. Densifying is achieved through the dual action of vacuum and mechanical pressure. A pair of counter-rotating drums produces the action against the incoming raw product. Together they produce a suction and compaction action on the particles to move them closely together, without damaging structural integrity.
