Limitorque SMB multi-turn actuator’s strength and durability makes it ideal for chemical processing and numerous other applications. Actuator is available with a 10-year warranty on commercial applications and features solid construction and cast-iron housings. Actuator is available in weatherproof, explosion-proof, Navy Class A and nuclear constructions. Torque range is from 15 ft-lb to 60,000 ft-lb handling stem thrusts up to 500,000 lb. Position and torque limit switches are housed in a compartment designed to give technicians easy access to the switches and wiring terminals for simpler installation and maintenance.
