Manual and pneumatic stainless steel in-line and angle valves are high conductance valves designed for high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum systems where pressures are as low as 10-10 torr. Valves have stainless steel welded bellows with replaceable bellows assemblies. Valve sizes range form 3/4" to 3". Valves are assembled with viton seals and guaranteed leak tight.
