Variable Coating Nozzles

clog resistant

These Variable Coating Nozzles can deliver batch production cycles lasting up to 18 hours (depending on the nature of the liquids being processed), more than twice the guaranteed clog-free cycles of conventional tablet coating spray nozzles. Available for immediate delivery in volume, the nozzles provide excellent droplet control. They feature independent and remotely controlled spray widths, atomizing air and flow of liquids. They are ideal for use in manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and foods. The nozzles are built with a special internal air cap cylinder. The design reduces clogging or "bearding" by sucking out excess coating spray around the nozzle tip. The result is substantially longer, clog-free batch cycles, more consistent runs and reduced maintenance and production downtime.
