SDX® spray drying nozzles are designed for efficient, consistent production of dry chemical and food powders. Nozzles feature a single-inlet spiral swirl chamber. Spiral configuration conforms to natural path of liquid through the nozzle body. Reduced pressure operation provides both product quality and operational benefits. Nozzles are available in materials that resist chemical attack, including plastics, ceramics, sintered carbides and various grades of stainless steel.
