Press Kneader

for high viscosity materials

Press Kneader has a specially designed and engineered ram chamber for the uniform mixing and kneading of extremely high viscosity materials. Materials are mixed and kneaded uniformly under pressure brought to bear by ram chamber and two super tough blades set either tangentially or in an overlapping arrangement depending on desired viscosity range. Trough and trough ends are jacketed for cooling and heating and vacuum/decompression and cored blades for cooling and heating are available as an option. Models range with volumes of 3-400 liters with a material capacity ranging from 1-200 liters.
