Cartridges are made with 100% spun bond polyester media for pulse-jet dust collectors. Spun bond media has high filtration efficiencies on fine particulate, excellent dust cake release characteristics and high resistance to abrasion. Cartridges are washable for repeated use and resistant to most chemicals, including many acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents and solvents. Specialized medias are also available, including aluminized media for dissipation of static electric charge and PTFE membrane laminated media for higher initial efficiency. Cartridges are available to fit most brands of pulse-jet dust collection equipment.
