Cal=Trak™ SL-500 and SL-800 portable, low-maintenance primary standard gas flow calibrators offer accuracy of ۪.4% to ۪.15% of reading, depending on model. Applications include inspection, validation and recalibration of mass flow controllers, mass flow meters and numerous other varieties of gas flow measurement and control instrumentation. Instruments operate in the 5 SCCM to 50 SLPM flow range. Broad turndown ratio allows three interchangeable flow cells to cover the entire range. Systems provide primary NIST traceability and are manufactured under ISO 17025 certification and are CE approved.
