FTIR Analyzer Module

The Illuminator is a compact (16 in. x 9 in. x 8 in. ) FTIR module that integrates well with a variety of sample interfaces in virtually any configuration. Inside each unit is an IR source and interferometer that provide a collimated output beam. The module can be coupled with any sampling accessory equipped with its own IR detector to create a compact dedicated analyzer. Alternatively, the unit's internal IR source can be replaced with a detector module for emissions work or for use with an external IR source. The unit can be powered by a 12-volt battery as an alternative to standard AC power, enabling use in remote or field applications. Data collection, post processing, and report generation are provided by Grams/32-AI software from Galactic or by the company's AutoQuant Pro package, which adds real-time multi-component analysis capability for continuous monitoring applications.
