Safety Networking System

Safety At Work system integrates standard mechanical safety devices into most standard PLCs and higher-level networks. System is comprised of four main components. A Safety Monitor and Control Platform Interface reside in the main control and are responsible for the translation of safety messages throughout the network. Safety Input Modules and integrated Safety At Work e-stop buttons are used to interface directly with mechanical binary switching components in the field. Connection to the control platform is through the Control Platform Interface (AS-1). Interface allows the Safety At Work system to function with most major PLCs including Allen Bradley and Siemens as well as with DeviceNet, Profibus and Ethernet bus systems.
