The Material Master bulk bag discharging system features a Sure-Seal pneumatic spout clamp system that ensures dust-tight operation while a Flo-Master massaging system ensures positive material flow. A volumetric feeder meters product into an existing screener, and a Flo-Lock discharge gate halts product flow for partial bag discharging. A Power-Lift system provides fill head height adjustment for multiple bag heights, and a Power-Sweep system extends the fill head 24 in. toward the operator for easy bag connection. Type 304 stainless steel on all product contact surfaces ensures easy cleaning. The system is controlled via an Allen-Bradley Panel View control panel.
