Powered tray tilting system accepts and discharges up to 70 plastic trays containing palletized product. System includes a custom motorized discharge gate with stainless steel blade and FDA white product contact belt. Gate indexes upward, allowing product from one row of trays to discharge at a time. Custom hydraulic tray clamping system secures trays prior to tilting. Units are custom designed for specific application requirements.
