This new universal air knife mounting system has been designed to provide secure, precise positioning for air knives used to blowoff, dry, and cool. At the end of each production run, the air knife can quickly and easily be moved within close proximity of the next part to improve effectiveness. The supply pressure of the compressed air can be lowered, which reduces air consumption. The arm of the mounting system provides a maximum reach extension of 30 in. Price is $149.
