Air Nozzle

adjustable force and flow

This 2" Super Air Nozzle maximizes entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air use and noise. The flat 2" wide airstream is ideally suited for blowoff, cooling and drying applications. Nozzle has a .015" air gap opening that is set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the body and removable cap. Air consumption is only 21.8 SCFM at 80 PSIG with a noise level of 77 dBA and force of 22 ounces when mounted 12" from the target. It has zinc aluminum alloy construction suited for rugged industrial applications.
