Vibration Analyzer for Hazardous Areas

The VibXpert two-channel FFT data collector and signal analyzer monitors and diagnoses machine conditions in the chemical industry, refineries, the oil and gas industry, and any other potentially explosive environment that requires intrinsically safe measuring systems. It features 102,400 lines of resolution, simple joystick operation, acceptance measurements, runup/coastdown analysis, time waveform analysis, and one- or two-plane balancing. Collected machinery data is stored on an expandable compact flash card (up to 2 gigabyte) and is transferred to the OmniTrend maintenance software for further evaluation, report generation, and archiving. The unit provides comprehensive analysis functionality for the diagnosis of complex vibration problems, with an easy-to-use icon-driven platform. Its capabilities include order spectrum, phase, cepstrum, cross-channel phase, orbits, run-up, and coast-down measurements. Analysis tools, such as various cursor types, machine-specific frequency markers, signal post-processing, and extensive bearing databases, are included for evaluating each spectrum.
