This unit is claimed to be the first mobile platform/rescue tripod package that makes repair, clean out or inspection of any top-access, bulk-handling truck, hopper car, free-standing tank or storage container safer and easier to unload. Package is safer, easier and more convenient than climbing a ladder or scaffold with tripod in hand, the traditional means of entering top-accessed tanks or storage containers. Large, rugged wheels enable platforms to operate over a variety of ground surfaces, including gravel. Slip-resistant platform is perforated, which allows debris to fall through openings and makes cleaning unnecessary.
