Models 522 and 523 gas distribution systems are designed to safely deliver a continuous supply of ultra/high-purity corrosive and non-corrosive gases typically used in process plant environments. Systems use pressure switches to alert remote locations of the need to replace depleted cylinders. Models 536 and 537 provide high-pressure backup to a primary cryogenic source. Models 524 and 525 are enhanced transducer models that completely monitor and record gas supply, providing digital readout of inlet/delivery pressure and consumption, vital for quality assurance.
