Stationary and portable Breathing Air Systems (KBS) allow a compressed air system to be a source of purified air. Typical applications are facemasks, hoods, helmets and other supplied-air breathing apparatus. Units are available with capacities of 10 SCFM as a portable model and from 12-880 SCFM as stationary units. KBS units remove excessive moisture, dirt, dust, oil and oil vapor, carbon monoxide and more. Available options include switching failure alarm, carbon monoxide monitor and various electrical NEMA rated enclosures.
