Each ingredient to the blend can be conveyed via the Premier Pneumatics P-Series vacuum conveyor directly to the loss-in-weight feeder for dosing into the appropriate container. Typical dosing systems include several stations, each dedicated to a specific component of the mix. The control system can also be designed for several recipes, reflecting different batch weights of each ingredient. Active ingredients can be contained simply by integrating active and passive split-butterfly valves on the ingredient pickup and discharge points.
