Gain-In-Weight Batching System

KGIW Gain-in-weight batching system is designed for use in batch applications involving up to eight materials and 100 recipe lines. KGIW can produce batch sizes from 5-800 kilograms. Weigh hopper volume can range from 80-750 liters. Each material is sequentially and independently metered to the weighed collection hopper from which the completed batch is discharged. Any range of company's volumetric feeders can be used depending on material handling characteristics.
