Hurricane dual cycle vacuum loader design allows easy changeover from filterless to filtered units when handling multiple materials. For color pigment batch changes, filters often need to be switched to avoid contamination. With this unit, this change can be done quickly and directly in the field. Controller and operator interface, the HCU and HSU, operate both models, allowing electronics to remain the same. Units are available in sst or aluminum construction with FDA approved gaskets. Batch conveying rate for self-contained units is 1400 lb/hr and 6000 lb/hr for central receivers.
