Enhanced loss-in-weight vibratory feeders offer accurate feeding with use of a resonant frequency technology that assures more precise control of material flow. In combination with Smart Force Transducer weighing and SmartConnex control technology, vibratory loss-in-weight feeders now offer a higher level of feeding accuracy over a wide feed rate range, than previously attainable by a vibratory device. Model KV2 can feed from 0.07 to 88 cubic ft./hr. Model KV3 can feed from 1.2-300 cubic ft./hr., based on vibratory tray size and adjustments.
