Sanitary Bulk Bag Sealing

for food and other applications

Sanitary sealing features is now available on company's line of vibratory unloaders for food and other sanitary process applications. Unlike most bag unloader applications where flow is started by opening the bag spout and letting it hang down into the unloader outlet box, design of this sealing system allows bag to be sealed to the process discharge side to eliminate contamination from dirt and debris. Standard outlet box is modified to incorporate a downspout to which bag outlet is sealed with a quick acting clamp. During operation a combination of the outlet box's sloped floor and unloader's vibratory motion turns sloped floor into a side discharge feed chute through which any dust or dirt can be collected by gravity or a vacuum dust collection system.
