_{protects against sprayouts} The "See Thru" Shield enhances safety in the plant environment by providing direct visualization of pipe joints and, in the event of a leak, recaptures the leaking chemical. TFE nipple accommodates a connection for retrieval so that secondary containment can be achieved. Fabricated of TFE-coated fiberglass and clear ECTFE, the shield resists ignition and flame propagation, is inhibited against ultra-violet degradation and may be installed both indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for pressures to 1000 SPI and temperatures to 300°F.
