Pharmaceutical Cone Dryer

for small amounts of powders

Cone Dryer is constructed of 316L stainless steel on all wetted surfaces. Highly polished, dryer has nominal working capacities of 1.7, 3, 10 or 25 cu. ft. Unit features 100% sanitary connections; full opening hinged covers with quick opening clamps for product loading/unloading; and no internal seals that could degrade product quality. Dryer is available with a choice of oil sealed mechanical, water ring or completely dry, vacuum pumping system. Precondensers and an after condenser help to reclaim and reuse solvents. Dryer is insulated and sheathed with a 304 sst seal-welded jacket polished to a brush finish.
