Height-Restricted Bulk Bag Discharger

The Type 5 bulk bag discharger can discharge powder material in height-restricted areas where the raised forklift frame is higher than actual heights. The discharger uses a removable frame design that reduces the necessary height for forklift tines. Where normal dischargers often require the tines to use the bag loop frame and position the frame over the tensioning bars at the top of the discharger, this unit lets the operator load the bag and frame at the lower half of the discharger. The forklift tines do not rise above the frame and thus can be used anywhere the discharger can fit without having several feet of overhead clearance. The upper frame uses a sealing mechanism that ensures no product loss during discharge. The locking system allows easy access to the bag spout through a large viewing porthole. Options include loss-in-weight load cells and pneumatic bottom massage arms. The discharger is available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and a USDA/3A Dairy model.
