Gaylord box filler includes a custom inlet tube and features a venture bag inflation system, gain-in-weight load cells, vibration for product compaction and an inflatable bag spout seal. The discharge of the inlet tube accepts a quick-connect flexible spout for Gaylord filling. System simplifies container filling operations, reduces operator fatigue and enhances plant safety. Bulk bag filler product line also includes drum and rigid IBC filling adapters and low-loading systems where forklifts are not necessary to remove a filled bag.
