Aero-Mechanical conveyor is claimed to be one of the best ways to convey cohesive powder with little or no degradation or equipment problems. Conveyor system works by fluidizing material in an air stream. Common materials include Titanium Dioxide, carbon black, flour, coffee and tea leaves. Fluidization process reduces degradation dramatically and works well with inherently sticky, cohesive materials. Multiple configurations including conveyor distance and angles are available. Options include bag dump stations, air purge cleaning, food grade components and multiple inlets/outlets for batching jobs.
