Loss-In-Weight Bulk Bag Discharger

Type 3 bulk bag discharger places sensitive loss-in-weight load cells between the top bag holding frame and lower chute assembly. Competing loss-in-weight dischargers often locate the load cells directly on the floor where they can easily be damaged by dirt and forklift collisions. The design of this discharger eliminates the probability of load cell damage and faulty scale readings. Discharger is also available with "Y" Yoke Bar Bag Spout Closures, bag stretching arms and pneumatic bag massagers. Yoke bar closure ensures the bag neck is fully closed during the tying and untying of the bag spout. Stretching arms lengthen and keep the bag tensioned as more powder is discharged. Bag massagers gently promote powder flow with little or no degradation.
