Packing Support Plates
in a variety of alloys
Gas injection packing support plates provide effective gas distribution with low-pressure drop. They are constructed of perforated corrugated sheets with uniform slots or holes to create more open area. The holes and or slots at the peak and sides of the corrugated sheet optimize gas flow while the valleys are designed to efficiently channel the liquid accumulations. By keeping the vapor passages clear of liquid, maximum throughput capacity and the minimum pressure drop are maintained. Gas injection packing supports are available in a wide variety of alloys.
