Flowmeter for Slurries and Sludge

The Marsh Single-Mag flowmeter measures liquid flows in closed conduits, offering process and plant engineers a solution for demanding water flow measurement applications. It can be used in conductive and harsh fluids including chemical-laden flows, slurries, and sludge. Thanks to its electromagnetic technology, it can serve in pressurized line applications from 2 to 96 in. It operates over a wide flow range of -5 to +20 feet per second and provides a 4-20 mA analog output signal for monitoring and alarming. Dual alarms with two separate outputs are standard. In addition to monitoring flow, the Marsh Single-Mag measures pressure and temperature. It handles pressures up to 250 psi and temperatures up to 160°F in stainless steel pipes.
