Series 92/93 rack & pinion double acting and spring return pneumatic actuator features two independently adjustable travel stop screws and a cam on the output shaft to permit precise bi-directional adjustment of actuator movement in both open and closed positions for 1/4-turn valves. Actuator is available in two versions: double acting for rotation of 90°, 135° and 180° and spring return for 90° rotation. It offers a maximum pressure of 140 PSIG and temperature ranges of -40°F to +200°F. Additional features include a one-piece, hardened alloy steel and zinc-plated output shaft and pinion gear for corrosion protection. Pistons are die-cast aluminum.
